acp atelier marks the exclusive collaboration between Anne-Claire and Stylecraft and a shared vision of timeless design with a local focus. It also celebrates the release of an extended collection for the Sedis range. 

We initially launched the Sedis chair and barstool in mid-2019 under anaca studio. This was the start of our partnership with Stylecraft and the range has since received much acclaim within the design industry.

INTRODUCING
Sedis outdoor collection

NEW: Sedis outdoor range

The outdoor collection consists of a chair and various sized barstools which subtly elevate the outdoor dining experience, whether in hospitality environments or an outdoor terrace.

The zinc primed and powdercoated frame finish, available in a range of contemporary colours and an neatly integrated stainless steel footrail ensure durability against the elements or when used in high traffic areas. An upholstered seat pad is also available.

Sedis lounge collection

Designed for residential living spaces or reception areas in commercial fit-outs, Sedis 2.0 seater  lounge and easy chair are enclosed within a fine powdercoated metal frame with the upholstered arms, backrest and seat slender yet uncompromising.

The collection wouldn’t be complete without a range of tables. Keeping within the realm of the Art Deco aesthetic, their sophisticated design maintains the evocative curves and lines which originally inspired the seating range. The range consists of round, square and pill shapes of various sizes. Table top options include American Oak solid or veneer in natural finish or stained and the option of marble.

The Sedis collection is available exclusively through Stylecraft in Australia and Singapore.

Meet the new members of the anaca studio family

Two years on from our last major launch, our signature style continues to evolve. Taking time to bring out new designs has allowed us to develop some more meaningful additions to the range. 

So back in June at Denfair, we welcomed four new members to our furniture family.

This year’s collection maintains the relaxed sophistication and evocative curves synonymous with the brand, while introducing a fresh, subtly masculine appeal.

The Flo Armchair makes for a handsome addition to any space, particularly in sumptuous Italian leather which invites you to sink into its compact yet comfortable timber frame. Teamed with the refined silhouette of the customisable Flo Coffee Table, or a simple statement Poppy Side Table piece, the combination works effortlessly together as a complete casual sitting solution – an intimate nook in a style-savvy home, perhaps, easily scaled up for a commercial interior. The Narcisse Mirror, by contrast, is a standalone piece which elevates any space with its understated glamour.

The new products come in an wide array of finishes, fabrics and sizes. We are committed to collaborating with our clients to ensure that each item of furniture can be adapted to suit any interior setting, whether that be in a residential or commercial environment.

The armchair had to be really comfortable, and have a ‘light’ yet robust appearance – its timber surfaces introduce warmth into an office or lobby area, and looks right at home in a residential lounge too."

Earlier this year, we invaded the beautiful house of Honto Architecture to shoot our range and show off our Camille sofa in a new light. This modernist-inspired home designed by Damien Lui provides an elegant yet relaxed setting that perfectly complements the furniture’s style.

We see no need to cocoon oneself in dark colours and hibernate over the cooler months. Instead, why not liven the mood with some fresh takes on classic pieces.

“I was inspired by a fresh palette and wanted to dress the Camille sofa in a lighter colour to show its versatility. While I love the more masculine and luxurious vibes of the classic Navy blue, this fresh green gives the Camille a gentler, more relaxed character.”

The Design Co-op - Looking back

Spread over three days in March 2018, and part of the Melbourne Design Week, The Design Co-Op celebrated the blending of unique Australian design brands and empowered attendees to realise that any space can be transformed into a meaningful ‘home’.

Liz and I were absolutely thrilled with the amount of positive feedback we have received. 

THIS is what happens when our two brands One Fine Print and anaca studio collaborated and we put our minds together to create an event aimed to strengthen the existing design community, encourage the growth of new networks, promote boutique local design brands, and offer interactive learning opportunities for both industry professionals and the design-savvy public.

We were proud to bring together 21 collaborators including interior designers, furniture & products brands, makers and artists, 20 speakers including 4 magazine editors, 3 drink sponsors, 1 launch party with 180 guests, 120 attendees to 5 speaker events and 1 warehouse space transformed into a home showcase and event space in 24 hours! 

The collaboration went beyond what we had expected. This was not people simply bringing their products to exhibit... Absolutely everyone worked together to install and create the showcase. 
This was incredibly exciting to see such a positive collaborative approach.
